Uchi, the award-winning flagship restaurant of Hai Hospitality, joined Pendry West Hollywood on September 13 through 16 for its exclusive Omakase pop-up, with an unforgettable journey through flavors, leaving an indelible mark on attendees’ taste buds.

Uchi’s visionary culinary team, led by the illustrious James Beard Award-Winning Chef Tyson Cole, treated guests to a gastronomic spectacle. The four-day event featured a meticulously curated 10-course menu, blending Uchi’s beloved classics with tantalizing new creations. These new dishes, which will soon grace the Uchi LA menu, offered a glimpse into the culinary future on Santa Monica Blvd.

Located at the crossroads of the iconic Sunset Strip, Pendry West Hollywood epitomizes California modernism while paying homage to Los Angeles’ rich cultural history. It was the ideal backdrop for this unforgettable occasion, mirroring Uchi’s commitment to world-class hospitality.

The Britely Social Club, located within Pendry West Hollywood, served as the exclusive venue for this epicurean adventure. Enhanced by the masterful design of Martin Brudnizki, this social club exuded glamour and sophistication, providing an immersive setting for this exceptional event.
