Founder and Chairman of Folio Wines, Michael Mondavi, was the special guest for this unparalleled experience. Known as the “quiet icon” among his friends and colleagues, he is widely credited with helping to establish and build the Napa Valley wine industry as we know it today.
The special evening centered on Folio Wines’ Rare Champagne, the most exclusive and limited production in the company’s collection of fine wines. The evening air was magnetic as guests mixed and mingled with one another.
Delicious food, wine, and good company created an elegant setting to complement Wolfgang Puck’s masterful tasting menu exquisitely paired with the champagne. The menu swept guests away on a journey through three courses, including epicurean delights such as foie gras mousse, venison tataki, beef short rib, and marjolaine.
